What we do for exporters and manufacturers
Your Argentine buyer is the one who files, but most of the evidence comes from you: test reports, certificates of free sale, technical files, formulas, label artwork and factory data. We tell you exactly what is needed for your product, check it before it is filed and handle the procedure with the Argentine agency.
We are a consultancy for third-party agency approvals. We are not a customs broker and do not clear goods: we work alongside your buyer's broker, and if your buyer needs one, we refer them to associated brokers. Our fees are quoted case by case; official agency fees are published on each procedure page with their source and date.
The four agency families we cover
Each procedure has its own page with requirements, official fees, estimated timing and the rules that apply.
- Technical regulations (SIyC): electrical safety, construction materials, toys and consumer products, energy efficiency labeling and automotive safety parts.
- Health (ANMAT): medical device registration, used medical equipment, cosmetics and perfumes and the market placement notice.
- Food (SENASA, formerly INAL): RNE, RNPA, import notice, import authorization, food contact materials, dietary supplements, front-of-pack labeling and provincial registrations.
- Telecommunications (ENACOM): type approval and RAMATEL registration.
How remote work with you and your buyer works
Everything runs by email, video call and WhatsApp, from anywhere in the world. You send product information; we confirm which approvals apply and what each party must provide. Your buyer, as the Argentine importer or holder, signs and pays official fees; you supply the technical evidence; we prepare, file and follow up.
See the full sequence in how we work.
Approvals don't end at customs
These are not import permits. They are approvals that allow a product to be marketed and to remain on the Argentine market. Several regimes are no longer checked at the border at all: control has moved to the market, through document requests, sampling, inspections and recalls.
That means documentation can be required years after a shipment. Under SIyC technical regulations, for example, the Declaration of Conformity and its backing are kept for ten years. A product that cleared customs without issues can still be pulled from shelves if its file does not hold up.

FAQ for exporters
Who has to obtain the approval: the exporter or the Argentine buyer?
In most regimes the holder is the Argentine importer or a licensed local company. ANMAT registrations, for example, must be held by a legal entity licensed in Argentina. The foreign manufacturer supplies the technical evidence. We coordinate both sides so the file is complete and consistent before it is filed.
Are you a customs broker?
No. We do not clear goods through customs and do not offer customs brokerage. We handle the approvals required by third-party agencies such as SIyC, ANMAT, SENASA and ENACOM, and we work with your buyer's customs broker. If your buyer needs one, we refer them to associated brokers.
Can my existing certificates and test reports be used?
Often, yes, if they meet the rules of each regime. Argentina accepts, depending on the case, IECEE CB Scheme certificates, reports from laboratories accredited under the agreements signed by OAA, UN ECE approvals or certificates of free sale from reference countries. We review them before anything is filed.
How much do your services cost?
Our fees are quoted for each product and procedure, because scope varies widely. Official agency fees are published on each procedure page, with the date they are valid as of and their official source. Laboratory and certification body costs are private and quoted separately. Ask for a fee quote with your product details.
Do you need anyone to travel to Argentina?
No. We work 100% remotely with you and your buyer. The only in-person steps that may exist are agency inspections of your buyer's warehouse or plant in Argentina, which are attended by their own team. We prepare them for what inspectors will look at.
