How we work with exporters and their Argentine buyers

A remote process with three parties

You, the manufacturer or exporter, hold the technical evidence. Your Argentine buyer is usually the importer or registration holder, who signs and pays official fees. We connect both sides, prepare the file and deal with the agency. Everything happens by email, video call and WhatsApp; nobody needs to travel.

Step by step

• 1. Product scoping. You or your buyer send datasheets, photos, formulas or catalogs. We confirm which agencies and procedures apply, and which path within each one.
• 2. Document checklist. We send a precise list split by party: what you supply (test reports, certificates, certificates of free sale, technical files, label artwork, factory data) and what your buyer supplies (company documents, warehouse data, signatures).
• 3. Review before filing. We check your existing documents against Argentine rules: accreditation of laboratories, validity dates, variant coverage, Spanish labels. Gaps are flagged before anything is filed, not after an observation.
• 4. Filing and follow-up. We file with the agency or coordinate with the certification body or laboratory, track the file and answer observations.
• 5. Coordination for shipments. Where a procedure is linked to each shipment, we pass the numbers and data to your buyer's customs broker. We are not a customs broker.
• 6. File for the long term. Your buyer receives an organized file to answer document requests, sampling or inspections, which can arrive years after import. We give notice of renewals and expiries.

What we never do

We do not publish our fees: they are quoted per case. We do not invent timelines or guarantee agency decisions. Where an official fee or timing cannot be confirmed in an official source, our pages say so instead of estimating.
