The content of this site is general information about Argentine regulations and procedures. It is not legal advice and does not replace an analysis of your specific product and situation. Regulations change frequently; each procedure page shows its last update and the rules it relies on.
Official fees can change
Official agency fees are published with the date they are valid as of and their source. Agencies can change them at any time, and the fee applicable is the one in force when the procedure is filed. Where a fee or timing could not be confirmed in an official source, the page says so.
We are not a customs broker
Tramitaciones does not provide customs clearance or customs brokerage services. When a procedure is linked to a shipment, we coordinate with the customs broker chosen by the importer.
No guarantee of agency outcomes or timelines
Decisions, observations, inspections and timelines depend on the agencies, certification bodies and laboratories involved. We do not guarantee approval of any procedure or that it will be resolved within a given time. Estimated timings on this site are references taken from official sources where available.
Our fees
Our fees are not published. They are quoted for each case and agreed before work starts.
